Product Return Policy:

A necessary condition for the return of products is that you have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice, etc.), as well as to contact us on +30 2299073125 or +30 6972462951 or email us on (support@sxediomodas.gr) before proceeding to return of the product.

To meet the return criteria, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The returned product should be sent in the same way it was received and returned to the address from where it was sent (to the seller), upon agreement. The charge for the returned product is borne by the consumer, in case the seller is not responsible for the return of the product.

1) Defective Products / Wrong Products

You can replace defective or damaged items with the same item. In any case, you should first contact {support@sxediomodas.gr}. If you receive a different item than what you ordered then you will need to send it back to the seller and they will send you the correct item. After first contacting the marketplace service department at {support@sxediomodas.gr}. If the seller does not have the product you ordered available then a full refund will be made to your account, including shipping or cash on delivery costs.

In all cases above, shipping and exchange costs are the responsibility of the seller.

2) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation.

The purchased products must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant document (receipt – sales invoice).

In this case the costs of sending and returning the goods are borne exclusively by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Procedure & Ways to Return Products

You can send the product to its seller by following the following procedure:

First you pack the products in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package, place the sales document (receipt, invoice, etc.) and finally send the parcel to the address of the store of purchase (it is written on the voucher that accompanies the box). But first you should contact the marketplace service department at {support@sxediomodas.gr}.

As long as you register your order on our website or place your order by phone, it is possible to cancel it a) by e-mail after the order to hello@sxediomodas.gr b) by informing +30 2299073125 or +30 6972462951, if the products have NOT delivered for shipment.. For your best service, know the number of your order.

For downloadable products
